friendly staff good size room excellent location basic coffee rooftop music missing snacks
the staff were very friendly and accommodating to all my needs. my room was good size and also the bathroom was. the location was excellent and central to everything i needed.
the coffee facilities were cheap and basic in the room. i could hear the music from the rooftop bar, it was disturbing. there wasnt any proper restaurant only indian food available as a takeaway, and no snacks. i think there was no room service either. this was dissapointing as an anniversary celebration.

Excellent Location with Attentive Staff

The concierge, James, provided super assistance. He secured tickets and offered excellent recommendations. I arranged a pickup from the airport and it was a great start. The pool and sauna were enjoyable, and the staff even opened the area early one day. Breakfast was very good and the service attentive.
The shower thermostat was erratic despite repair attempts. It veered from very hot to cold frequently. It made bathing difficult.

The location is fabulous for city exploration. It places guests in the heart of key attractions and convenient transport links, which makes getting around effortless. It is very helpful.

I had afternoon tea and the food was great. Our waiter Ramadan was amazing and super attentive. Ramadan provided really good service. He, and it was really worth it.

clean room comfortable bed rainfall shower
I found my beautiful king room spacious, clean. the bed was very comfortable. the bathroom included both a separate tub and a rainfall shower. A great bonus after a long day. i really enjoyed the pool and spa. It added to my stay.
during my stay, the wifi signal in certain areas proved somewhat unreliable, causing minor inconvenience.

the hotel is located close to soho and the west end. regent street and oxford street are within walking distance. piccadilly is approximately a ten minute walk from the hotel.

slam dunk stay!
perfect location super clean
I loved the location it was a perfect spot near carnaby street! my room was super clean. it also was surprisingly spacious. the staff were friendly and helpful. Their attentiveness made a difference.
the room showed some wear and tear. the bathroom smelled a little funky when i arrived. i think the floor gutter needed some attention. i did notice damaged areas on the walls where paint touch-ups were a slightly different color, kinda bugged me.

wonderful service and convenient location
friendly staff attentive staff delicious afternoon tea
i had a virgin experience afternoon tea and it was delicious the staff were super friendly ramadan was especially helpful and patient when there was a minor mix up with the voucher i would highly recommend soho wala the atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable.
i slipped in the bath both times i had a shower i stated that i had a disability when i booked and the bath or shower was very inaccessible the kettle had limescale and the pillows were difficult to rest with.

the location is fabulous and right in the heart of everything i found it easy to walk to many attractions the hotel is opposite liberty and just a few minutes walk from bond street station the convenience was excellent.

dated decor limited sockets
the location was good. the staff at reception were helpful.
the lobby felt unwelcoming, seemingly always empty. the decor in the room felt dated and thrown together, the lighting was poor, and the electrics were badly planned. there were limited sockets except by the bed for the kettle, iron, hairdryer, and laptop. the tv did not work.
